Yesterday I submitted an application for a residency program at the Archie Bray Foundation for the Ceramic Arts in Montana. I feel tremendously relieved now. Going to the Bray has been my goal since before my departure to Japan. I detoured, but finally I've done everything possible to make the dream come true. If I'm accepted by the program, I will have an 24/7 access to their ceramic studio. I may also be able to receive a $5000 fellowship. I now have to wait anxiously for the result.
The images of my sculptures that I submitted to the program are posted below. For your fun, I included photos to show who were the models for the pieces.
